Will the number of engineer-visits have an impact on my monthly payments?

No. You are entitled to unlimited engineer-visits; we do, however, monitor the nature of your callout requests, distinguishing nuisance calls from genuine claims on a case-by-case basis.

What classifies as an emergency?

An activated carbon monoxide detector, a gas leak or un-containable water leak

Will my monthly payments be systematically increased year-on-year?

Although we cannot guarantee the service we provide to you at your current rate indefinitely, we will not increase your monthly contributions by default year-on-year.

In a nutshell what is Centrocare?

Centrocare is a series of heating & hot water maintenance plans which enable homeowners, businesses and landlords to access our resources, our expertise, unlimited, from as little as £7.50 per month. Put simply we provide an organised response for when the unexpected happens.
